6sense Raises $200M in Series E Funding

6sense is a San Francisco-based platform for B2B organizations generating predictable revenue. It has closed $200m of Series E funding and was valued at $5.2 billion.

Blue Owl and MSD Partners were the co-leaders of the round which raised total capital to $426m. Harmony Partners participated, as well as existing investors Insight Partners and Tiger Global.

The funds will be used by the company for:

  • To support market demand, further expansion is possible in Australia and EMEA.
  • To continue its product strategy, investing in people and technology
  • Addressing the demand from manufacturing, financial services, and health-related services

Jason Zintak, CEO of 6sense, provides an Account Engagement Platform to help B2B companies achieve predictable revenue growth. 6sense leverages AI, big data and machine learning behind each member of their revenue team. 6sense uncovers anonymized buying behavior, prioritizes accounts for marketing and sales, and allows them to engage resistance buying teams with personalized, multichannel, multitouch campaigns.

Saleswhale is an AI-driven email marketing platform that the company acquired. This acquisition extends the native engagement channels in the 6sense platform.
