Alpian Secures CHF 19.M in Series B+ Financing


Alpian SA, a Series B+ financing round of CHF 19.m was raised by, a digital private bank based in Geneva, Switzerland, called.

This third round of financing was fully subscribed by Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking. It follows a Series C of CHF 12.2m for 2020 and a series B of CHF 16.9m for 2021.

The company plans to use the funds to deploy its entire range of services in Switzerland. These services include both everyday banking services and private banking.

Alpian, a financial technology company founded by Schuyler Weins (CEO), was incubated at REYL Intesa and incorporated in October 2019. It has received a banking license from Switzerland’s Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) in March 2022, and will thus become a digital private bank. Alpian will soon release its alpha to its internal employees. It is expected to make its services available to the public by Q3-2022. Alpian will combine machine and human intelligence to offer private banking services as well as investment expertise to the Swiss affluent.

Alpian’s digital client experience includes a bank transfer and foreign exchange service, a metal debit card with in app card controls and a chat interface that allows clients to talk with the Swiss-based banking professionals in the four supported languages.
