AskNicely raises $32M Series B funding

AskNicely is a Portland-based company that specializes in customer experience software for service companies. It has completed a $32M Series A funding round.

Five Elms Capital led the round with existing investors Nexus Venture Partner and Blackbird joining in. Ryan Mandl, Five Elms, will join AskNicely as part of the funding.

The funds will be used by the company to expand its operations and business reach.

AskNicely’s CEO Aaron Ward is leading the company. AskNicely offers a platform that provides customer experience software for service businesses and brings technology to frontline employees. This mobile technology platform provides personalized coaching and motivation for frontline employees, powered by real-time customer feedback. It eliminates the need to have middle managers and removes the need for multiple layers. AskNicely serves over 1,300 companies around the world and has offices in the United States and New Zealand.
