Transform Vehicle Claim Assessments and Estimates with Bdeo’s New Guidewire Marketplace App

Guidewire and Bdeo Technologies S.L. announced that Bdeo’s new Ready for Guidewire accelerator for Guidewire ClaimCenter is now available in the Guidewire Marketplace.

According to McKinsey & Company, Artificial Intelligence (AI) will help transform the insurance industry, including property and casualty (P&C) claims to process where the use of data-capture, sensors, and other technology is increasing. Bdeo utilizes AI automation to empower global insurers to accelerate the processing of vehicle damage claims. Bdeo Visual Intelligence enables policyholders to electronically submit First Notice of Loss video and images. The Visual Intelligence then quickly assesses and estimates the repair costs and provides an automated analysis to the insurer.

Guidewire ClaimCenter allows insurers to view Bdeo repair costs, make accurate decisions, and even engage service provider. Bdeo Visual Intelligence allows repair providers to immediately retrieve digital evidence captures and damage analyses.

With Bdeo’s accelerator, insurers can:

  • Remote inspection requests can be made within ClaimCenter
  • To provide real-time assistance, request policyholders to send digital images and videos of damage to them.
  • Rapidly send damage reports to policyholders, service providers.
