Birdeye raises $60M for Series C funding


Birdeye, a Palo Alto and Menlo Park-based provider of a Customer Experience platform to local businesses, e.t.c., has raised $60M in Series B funding.

Accel-KKR was the leader of the round.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the development of a full suite for local businesses and expand into Australia and the United Kingdom.

Led by CEO Naveen Gupta, Birdeye is a Customer Experience platform for enterprise and small businesses. The Experience Marketing platform allows multi-location businesses to access the data and tools necessary to create great customer experiences throughout the entire journey. It’s used by more than 80,000 businesses across a range of industries including automotive, healthcare, retail, and hospitality.
