Call Simulator, Inc., an AI-powered training software firm based in Tallahassee FL, has raised $575K Seed funding.

JaxAngels led the round.

The company plans to use the funds for expansion and to make its software training software accessible across a variety of industries, including telehealth and banking as well as IT and customer support at tier-1 brands.

Call Simulator’s CEO David Lawson is responsible for the Call Simulator(tm), which provides immersive training that uses the power of AI to create realistic Speech-to-Speech calls simulations. This AI-powered, immersive training platform is compatible with leading call center software.

To create the first AI-powered simulator to train emergency call takers, Priority Dispatch, a global leader in emergency protocols, spent two years with the company.
