Capacity Closes Series C Funding at 38M Surpassing More Than 62M in Total Capital Raised

Capacity is a St. Louis-based AI-powered support automation platform. It raised $27m more in Series C financing. The round was over $38m.

Existing investors led the round. Capacity has raised more than $62 million to date.

These funds will be used to support new employees, improve product capabilities, and optimize the company’s support automation platform.

Capacity was founded in 2017 by Chris Sims and David Karandish. It is an AI-powered support platform that connects tech stacks to answer questions, automate repetitive tasks and solve business problems. Capacity empowers businesses to make the most of the technology and tools available to them to do their best work today.
