Censys Closes $35M Series B Funding Round


Censys is an Ann Arbor-based provider of continuous attacks surface management solutions. It received a $35m Series A funding.

Intel Capital led the round with participation by previous investors Google Ventures and Decibel.

The company plans to use the funds for R&D, engineering and product sales.

Censys is led by Brad Brooks, CEO and Lornegroe, CFO, and COO. It provides organizations with a continuous attack surface platform that gives them a complete real-time view over global networks and devices. FireEye and Google are just a few of the Fortune 500 customers that use Censys’ Internet-wide continuous visibility platform. This allows them to detect and prevent cyber threats.
