Addition led the round with participation from Narya Capital and Susa Ventures as well as Maverick Ventures, Maverick Ventures and Health2047 Capital Partners. Peter Thiel was also part of Chapter’s Board.

The company has raised more than $61m in total funding to date. It plans to use the funds for continuing to improve the user experience for Medicare-eligible retirees, support its members and to create 70 new jobs in 2022.

Chapter was founded by Cobi Blumenfeld–Gantz, Corey Metzman and Vivek Ramaswamy. It is a Medicare Advisor whose technology and team search all Medicare options nationwide with high levels of detail. The licensed advisors offer personalized, end to end guidance for Americans who navigate Medicare. Each Chapter member receives recommendations that are tailored to their specific needs. The advisory team is paid the same compensation regardless of which plan or carrier they choose. The platform also assists older Americans with deciding when and how they sign up for Medicare. It can also help them determine if they can increase their coverage to get more benefits for a lower cost. Chapter hosts hundreds of educational events each year and partners with financial advisors, benefit professionals, community leaders, and non-profits.

To expand its advisory capacity, the company has opened a second Phoenix office. It has advisors licensed in all 50 state.
