Dock Raises $110M in Funding; Valued at Over $1.5 Billion

Dock, a Sao Paulo and NY-based full-stack payments and digital banking platform across Latin America, raised $110 million in growth funding, bringing its valuation to over $1.5 billion.

Lightrock Capital and Silver Lake Waterman led the round, which also included existing investors Riverwood Capital and Viking Global Investors.

The company plans to use the funds for product development and international expansion. It also intends to hire new talent.

Dock, headed by Antonio Soares (CEO), provides a platform for any business to offer financial service, including the launch of custom cards and payment processing. It also offers banking-as-a-service with digital accounts and mobile payments and fraud management in LatAm. Through its open API and cloud native platform, Dock provides solutions to over 300 clients. This allows them to provide easy user experiences for their digital and credit banking offerings. It also powers 65 million users across the region.
