Ever/Body, a New York-based female-led beauty and wellness company raised $55.5M in Series C funding.
Addition, an investor, was the leader of the round. Fifth Wall Ventures, ACME Capital Capital, Declaration Capital and Tiger Global participated in the round. Redesign Health are all current investors. Imaginary Ventures participated as a new investor.
The funds will be used by the company for national expansion and further technological advancements. They also intend to accelerate a provider education program.
Ever/Body’s CEO Amy Shecter offers cosmetic dermatology services that combine medical expertise and a modern client experience. It uses its proprietary technology platform for a customized client experience, including appointment scheduling and pre- and after-treatment care. The company, which opened its first location in New York City in 2019, plans to expand this mission into new markets, starting with the opening of six locations across the East Coast by the end of 2022. In addition to its three existing NYC locations, Ever/Body will open three new locations in the greater New York City area, and three in the DC Metro area. In the near future, plans for national expansion are in place.
This latest round brings the company’s total capital raised to over $100M since its launch in September 2019.
