Exceet Card Group and Impact Fintech Ecolytiq strategic partnership

An announcement has been made about a new strategic partnership between exceet Card Group a manufacturer of sustainable payment card (e.g. Berlin-based ecolytiq the leading climate engagement fintech for sustainable banks. This partnership will allow ecolytiq and excet Card Group to launch joint projects. It will also give them the opportunity to explore new opportunities and lead the future in sustainable payments. 

To shift consumer behaviour towards more sustainable spending, the ecolytiq Sustainability-as-a-Service®Software, which calculates the personal environmental impact of a transaction, such as CO2 values, on the basis for payment transactions, will be integrated with exceet Group and their sustainable credit cards to help consumers understand how their spending affects the environment. The wooden card, which is a tangible reminder about the good work they do, is one step closer to encouraging consumers to switch to new ways of banking and spending. Consumers can choose the type of customer they want by simply using a card.

Now looking to branch out into new partnerships, exceet Card Group is planning on launching joint projects with emphasis on the supply chain: banks have the accounts – consumers use the cards to pay – and the ecolytiq software enables a new level of transparency via carbon footprinting. This allows individual purchases to have a measured impact and will encourage conscious consumption.
