Groups360 Raises $35M in Funding


Groups360, a Nashville, Tenn.-based platform for booking group travel, closed a $35m funding round.

The round was led by Zigg Capital with participation from Blackstone Innovations Investments, and Fir Tree Partners. They join existing investors Accor, Hilton, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Marriott International.

The funds will be used by the company to expand its operations in EMEA, APAC and further develop its business.

Kemp Gallineau, the CEO of Groups360, provides instant booking and real-time availability for hotel rooms and meeting space. This streamlines group travel for attendees, organizers and hotels. The GroupSync™ platform, which is the company’s proprietary bookings marketplace, enables travel organizers and hoteliers to have access to enhanced global search capabilities, hotel group inventory and rates, and choice of purchasing method via instant booking or simplified proposal process. These capabilities are also available to hotels through private label group booking engines.

Over the last 12 months, Groups360 has launched instant booking for group stays at over 7,000 hotel properties and booking capabilities at 200,000 hotel properties worldwide via GroupSync™. The company recently announced commercial partnerships with Omni Hotels & Resorts, TFE Hotels, and Premier Inn – joining the ranks of Accor, Hilton, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Marriott International.

Groups360 also has an office in London and Singapore.
