Gtmhub Acquires Cliff.ai

Gtmhub, a Denver, CO-based company that provides a strategy execution platform, purchased Cliff.ai (Greendeck Technologies, Ltd.). This UK-based provider has an operational intelligence software called machine learning. It uses machine learning to assist business and operations teams in analyzing abnormal changes of KPIs.

The deal’s amount was not disclosed.

Gtmhub acquires operational intelligence capabilities that will help it accelerate its vision to enable companies to achieve greater results through better alignment, visibility and execution of their operational and strategic priorities.

Cliff.ai’s CEO Aayush Jain is leading the development of a Business Observability platform. This platform monitors every business metric and identifies key drivers as well as root causes for change. It also notifies relevant teams in parallel.

The Cliff.ai Business Observability solution’s key capabilities include:

  • Collect –An extensive integration library allows users the ability to pull data from any source, and then bring it into a unified platform using predefined templates and no-code data pipelines.
  • Detect –Machine learning algorithms are used to monitor the data in an organization and detect easily overlooked problems when reporting on dashboards.
  • Inspect –Quickly identify the factors that cause unexpected changes to business metrics. Automatically group correlated anomalies.
  • Act – Use alerts to quickly react and take action on issues. They can be seamlessly integrated into existing workflows such as email or Slack.
