Habi, a Bogotà, Colombia-based provider of a data-driven residential real estate platform, raised $200M in Series C funding.
The round was led by Homebrew and SoftBank Latin America Funds, with participation from Banco Mercantil del Norte, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero Banorte, Tiger Global, Inspired Capital, Clocktower Ventures, Endeavor Catalyst and Henry Kravis.
The company plans to use the funds for continued geographic expansion, including the possibility to reach all Spanish-speaking Latin American cities. It also intends to deepen its portfolio of offerings with a particular focus on embedded financial services.
Brynne McNuty Rojas, the CEO and Co-Founder, and Sebastian Noguera (Co-Founder, President), Habi offers a data-driven residential property platform. It features data-driven tools including transaction, valuation and financing. More than 15 cities are covered by Habi, which is home to an estimated 60 million people.
