The distribution of the proprietary MIUI 13 shell is still far from complete, and Xiaomi is already in full swing developing the next big update – MIUI 13.5.
New details have been provided about the features currently being tested by MIUI developers. These should be part the MIUI 13.5 Release.
MIUI 13.5 will make it easier to use the interface with one hand. In the shell, for example, the arrangement and layout of system windows has been modified. They will appear in central part of the screen. This allows for you to use your smartphone’s controls without having to touch the top.
Xiaomi also changed the screen refresh rate menu. This new menu looks better than the old one.
Another innovation is the new appearance of applications within the floating window mode in recent applications menu. This will eliminate many display problems.
There are also changes in the camera interface – small, but promising greater convenience when shooting. For example, the mode font is now smaller and looks nicer, the zoom buttons have been redesigned, the zoom interface has been updated, and the Shutter Countdown button has been renamed to “Timer (2s)” in the new interface.
