Official launch of HUAWEI HARMONY OS 3.0

HarmonyOS smartphoeHuawei, a Chinese manufacturing giant, has been hard at work since the U.S. bans began rolling in. Huawei is actually doing very well, much to the dismay of the U.S. The initial plan was to cripple the company’s development in terms of innovation. Huawei has not been able to stop its growth in innovation and this plan is no longer working. As of today, Huawei’s own operating system, HarmonyOS has over 200 million devices. HarmonyOS is also available on more than 100 Huawei models. The HarmonyOS has yet to be made available in global models. This system is currently only available for Chinese models. HarmonyOS will be the first major upgrade since its conception. According to the latest reports, Huawei will launch HarmonyOS 3 this year.

HarmonyOS 3.0 users worldwide are eagerly awaiting the system’s arrival. The launch date for this system is still unknown. According to @changan, HarmonyOS 3 will officially launch in September 2012. Huawei has released the developer preview of HarmonyOS 3.0. Developers can prepare and develop ahead of time with this early release. Huawei claims that HarmonyOS 3 continues to innovate around the three core values ​​of system architecture, HyperTerminal, one-time development and multi-terminal deployment. This allows for the development of system capabilities and extensive upgrades.

HUAWEI MATE 50 SERIES TO DEBUT THE HARMONYOS 3.0

It is worth mentioning that Huawei’s next-generation flagship mobile phone, the Huawei Mate 50 series, is likely to debut with the pre-installed HarmonyOS 3 system. This isn’t the only information available about the Huawei Mate50 series. According to reports, the upcoming flagship smartphone will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. This flagship processor will not support 4G networks, however.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 adopts Samsung’s 4nm process, and the CPU supports the ARMv9 instruction set. This chip is upgraded to the Cortex X2, Cortex X10, and A510 with frequencies of 3.0GHz and 2.5GHz respectively. The performance is 20% more than the previous generation and the power consumption has been reduced by 30%. The GPU upgrade to the latest Adreno chips improves performance by 30%. This processor also has a 25% reduction in power consumption.

The Huawei Mate 50 series’ camera performance has been better than the Huawei P50 series. While it’s still at the flagship level of the Huawei Mate 50 series, it has a lot more features than the serious cameras in the mobile industry this year.
