Keelvar, a Cork, Ireland-based global provider of intelligent sourcing and automation solutions, raised $24m in Series B funding.
The round, which brings Keelvar’s total capital raised to $43m, was led by 83North with participation from Elephant, Mosaic and Paua, as well as Bastian Nomichacher, the co-founder and co-CEO of Celonis.
The funds will be used by the company to expand its American operations and to scale up.
Keelvar’s founder and CEO is Alan Holland. The SaaS-based platform allows enterprises like Coca-Cola and Nestle to find reliable suppliers, control costs, and make smart sourcing choices that help them achieve key business objectives such as ESG, product innovation and resilience. The technology automates the tactical elements of managing a supplier event. It leverages artificial intelligence and uses it to assess different sourcing scenarios to guide customers to the most advantageous decision for their supply chains.
