LaunchNotes, a San Francisco, CA-based personalized, automated, and secure way to connect teams and users to the product development lifecycle, raised $15M in Series A funding.
The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from Atlassian Ventures, The New Normal Fund, Essence VC, and existing investors Cowboy Ventures and Bull City Venture Partners.
The funds will be used by the company to expand from a product communication solution to a complete platform for Product Success.
LaunchNotes was founded by Tyler Davis, CEO and Jake Brereton. It offers tools for feedback collection, targeted announcements and roadmap sharing. This allows product teams to keep customers, colleagues, key stakeholders, and others connected to the product-development cycle. LaunchNotes serves product teams in the SaaS industry including Loom, Hopin and Drata as well as Flatfile, Amplitude and MURAL.
LaunchNotes’ co-founded the company after working at Atlassian in senior roles across Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
