Lendable, a UK-based AI-powered consumer finance platform based in London, has raised GBP210M at a valuation exceeding GBP 3 Billion.
The round was led by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (Ontario Teachers’), through its Teachers’ Innovation Platform (TIP).
The funds will be used by the company to expand its operations and international growth.
Lendable was founded in 2014 by Martin Kissinger and is now a leading AI-powered consumer finance platform. It connects global institutional investors to borrowers for all major products (loans/credit cards, car financing, etc.). The company employs AI and automation for better underwriting. It offers customers better rates, transparency, and service while offering institutional investors (from global banks to family offices) access to the asset class.
