LinearB Raises $50M in Series B Funding

Linear B, a Los Angeles, CA- and Tel Aviv, Israel-based provider of an engineering platform, raised $50M in Series B funding.

The round, which brings total funding for LinearB to $71m, was led by Tribe Capital with participation from Salesforce Ventures, Battery Ventures and 83North. Sri Pangulur (partner at Tribe Capital) will join LinearB’s board.

The funds will be used by the company to:

  • It will increase its engineering staff and accelerate the development of its platform.
  • You can invest in your customer success, its sales and marketing team.

LinearB, led by Ori Keren, is an engineering efficiency platform. It correlates data from existing Git, Git deployment, and incident management tools to provide metrics that can be used to optimize development processes.

It is used by more than 5,000 software development companies, including some of the most prominent companies such as BigID, Cloudinary and Unbabel, to provide engineering analytics and optimize developer workflows. This helps reduce cycle time, increase planning accuracy, and ensure on-time delivery.
