Lyra Health is a Burlingame-based provider of innovative Workforce Mental Health Solutions for Employers. It received $235M financing.
Dragoneer led the round with participation by Salesforce Ventures, a new investor, and Coatue, an existing investor.
The funds will be used by the company to provide comprehensive, evidence-based and culturally sensitive mental health care benefits to employees and their families all over the globe.
Lyra has also acquired ICAS World, a provider of employee assistance programs with operations in over 155 countries. It announced Robynne Sisk’s addition to its Board. Sisco is currently the co-president of Workday and chief financial officer. Sisco has held high-ranking finance positions at Oracle, VeriSign and VMware in her career. She brings more than 30 years of experience to Lyra in corporate finance, accounting operations and investor relations.
Lyra Health’s CEO and co-founder David Ebersman is the company’s chief executive officer. The company provides clinically-proven mental healthcare for employees and their families. This includes all aspects of mental health from preventive and wellness care to the most serious. It serves Genentech, which is a member of the Roche Group; Uber; VCA Animal Hospitals; and other companies.
