myComply Closing $4.5M Seed Funding Round

Seed funding of $4.5 million was raised by myComply, a Saskatoon (SK)-based provider IoT technology for the construction industry and cloud-connected software.

The seed round consists of $1.5M USD in non-dilutive government grants/investment and $3M USD from private investors.

The company intends to use the funds to support go-to-market functions to accelerate demand and assist the rollout of numerous enterprise launches with some of the globe’s top builders, to expand the team while offering enhanced support to its existing client base.

myComply, headed by Mark Wolff as CEO, is a technology platform that ensures compliance on construction sites and provides data on-demand via IoT hardware. This platform uses intelligent hardware and software to help contractors reduce construction site risk. Over 6,000 contractors have already used myComply worldwide to make sure that workers meet job site standards and are properly boarded.

The company has US operations in Manhattan, NY.
