Funding in Series A of $30M was raised by Nice Healthcare, a clinic-based health company in Minneapolis, MI.
DNA Capital led the round, along with participation from Conductive Ventures and Santa Barbara Venture Partner, Brown Venture Group and F.R. Bigelow Foundation Daren Cotter and Eddie Cisneros participated in the round. Partha Mishra, Partner at DNA Capital, joined Nice’s Board of Directors.
The funds will be used by the company to expand its reach into new markets.
Nice Healthcare’s CEO Thompson Aderinkomi is leading the charge to make integrated, comprehensive healthcare available to all patients. Their clinic offers a complete integrated service, including in-home and virtual primary, mental and physical care. They use a combination of logistics, technology and expert clinical care. Patients can get x-rays, blood draws, and 35 lab tests from their clinicians. They also have a formulary that includes over 550 medications without any extra costs.
It is currently offered in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho and Nebraska. Nice Healthcare is used by more than 400 small businesses to provide healthcare benefits for their employees.
