Twenty7Tec, a leading provider of mortgage technology, has announced that it had completed a pilot program. Pepper Money this update has been made available to all CloudTwenty7 platform users who are APPLY enabled.
This integration leverages the Twenty7Tec Apply module and the finova Distribution hub, which Pepper uses as part of their origination solution.
The CloudTwenty7 platform now allows advisers to submit Decision in Principle (DIP), applications to Pepper Money. This eliminates duplication and speeds up cases. DIP decisions will then be sent back via CloudTwenty7 to the adviser. The adviser portal will contain case information after-DIP to assist in the completion of the full request and reduce the need for data rekeying.
Nathan Reilly is Director of Lender Relationships for Twenty7Tec. “The rekeying of data remains a challenge for advisers, particularly for specialist cases where a number of options will often be explored. By working with the team at Pepper Money and finova, we’re pleased to have reduced this challenge for CloudTwenty7 users by delivering a more efficient submission process”
Paul Adams, Sales Director at Pepper Money, said: “At Pepper Money, we’re not just known for our great specialist mortgage products, we also have a reputation for market-leading service. Great service in the intermediary mortgage market isn’t just about individual underwriting, named case owners and responding quickly to phone calls, it’s also about investigating other ways to make life easier for brokers, and this integration does just that. We’re very pleased to partner with Twenty7Tec on this launch of Pepper Money on its APPLY module.”
