POCO will launch smartwatches with its own brand

This was first done by Xiaomi, then followed by the Redmi subbrand. Now it’s time for another sub-brand to enter the niche of wearable electronics. It was decided to start with the POCO Watch smartwatch, which would be more correctly called a fitness watch. India will be the first country to receive the wearable. It will be available starting April 26.

@OnLeaks was a trusted online insider who posted renderings that showed the design. POCO Watch online. The smartwatch came with a rectangular waterproof cover (5ATM), and a button was located on the right. Its dimensions will be 39.1×34.4×9.98 mm and weight 31 grams. We expect that a 1.6-inch AMOLED color display with a resolution of 360×320 pixels will be available on the front side of the smartwatch.

In terms of functionality, everything in POCO Watch should be typical for this kind of device. Smartwatches will have tools that enable you to monitor and track your health, alert you when you receive calls or notifications, and wake up and analyze your sleep phases. They also promise an optical heart monitor and a sensor that measures the level of oxygen (SpO2) in the blood. The battery for the wearable gadget is 225 mAh.

Xiaomi launched the gaming Redmi K40 Gaming Edition last year. It was later successfully transformed into POCOF3GT. The idea of releasing a relatively affordable device for gamers will continue its development, and the release of POCO F4 GT loomed on the horizon. And you won’t have to wait long.

The company recently posted a teaser about the upcoming presentation POCO F4GT, which will be held on April 26th. The company plans to present new products from the Internet of things section in addition to the smartphone. There is not much information about the devices.

It seems logical to expect that POCOF4 GT will be another rebranded product. It will clone Redmi K50 gaming edition, which first appeared in the Redmi K50 series. If this hunch proves true, the POCO F4GT will have a Snapdragon8 Gen 1 platform, an OLED panel measuring 6.67 inches with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 4,700mAh rechargeable battery that can be charged with 120W fast charging.

The smartphone should include stereo speakers, a liquid cooler system, retractable triggers, and a triple rear-camera with 64 MP +8 MP + 2MP sensors. It is not clear how much they will charge for POCO F4GT. As a rule, the company’s pricing policy is moderate; which means that the device has every chance of becoming a bestseller with an adequate price tag.
