Portnox Closes $22M in Series A Funding

Portnox is an Austin, Texas-based provider of cloud-native network solutions and endpoint security solutions. It was founded in Tel Aviv, Israel, closed a $22m Series A growth financing.

Elsewhere Partners led the round. Along with the funding, John Thornton of Elsewhere Partners and Nick Stoffregen from Elsewhere Partners will join the Board along with Idera Inc. CEO Randy Jacops.

After establishing its global headquarters in Austin Texas, the company plans to use the capital for expansion and market penetration. The focus will be on mid-market organizations.

Chief Executive Officer Denny LeCompte is also the Co-founder and CTO ofer Amitai. Idan Kuperman, a founder, is the head of the customer experience. Portnox provides cloud-native endpoint and network security essentials to enable resource-constrained IT teams to address security issues such as the rapid expansion of enterprise networks, proliferation of connected devices, and increasing sophistication of cyberattacks. Portnox security products have been used by hundreds of companies to control network access, monitor endpoint risk and implement remediation policies to improve their security posture. Portnox has offices in Israel and the United States.
