Prokeep Raises $9M in Seed Funding

Prokeep, a New Orleans-based company Providing a platform for commerce and communications to distributors has raised $9M in Seed Funding.

The round was led by Ironspring Ventures with participation from S3 Ventures, Benson Capital Partners,  Scott Wolfe Jr, Lawrence Hester, and Hugh Evans.

The company plans on using the funds to increase their marketing and sales efforts within the construction industry, expand partner channels, and to enter additional industries.

Co-founded by Jack Carrere, McKay Johnson, and Mark Kanof, Prokeep is a web-based end-to-end communication and commerce platform built for today’s distributor market. The platform is designed and continues to evolve from feedback from distributors to streamline ordering, deliveries, and pickups – all in one, easy to use workplace.  The company’s customer base includes over 1,000 distributors throughout the US and Canada.

Prokeep employs 60 people in New Orleans and Atlanta as well as across the US.
