Realme is in the process of developing a new batch of Realme 9 smartphones. Realme 9i was the company’s first smartphone, but it is about to grow with the Realme 9 Pro and a rumored Realme 9 Pro Plus. The first was unveiled in Vietnam, and it will arrive in India within the next week. The details of the other three devices will be revealed in February or March. As expected, they are beginning to show up in greater detail. Yesterday we saw some sketches of the Realme 9 Pro. OnLeaks, SmartPrix and other designers have created some stunning renders of the handset.
Realme 9 Pro leaked renderings show a display that has a punch-hole cutout. The punch-hole will be home to the front selfie camera and will be located in the upper left corner of your display. This is the default Realme smartphone placement since the introduction of the punch hole notch. We can see the three-camera setup on the back of the Realme GT Neo 2 Pro. It’s interesting to note that this design language was used in the Realme GT Neo 2 and is similar to the Realme GT 2 Pro.
The Volume Rockers and the SIM Card Tray are located on the left side of the handset. The Power button is located on the right edge. The renders don’t show the fingerprint scanner. The device may include an in-display fingerprint reader, just like the predecessor. Realme isn’t going to make the same mistake as last time, bringing an AMOLED panel with a 60Hz refresh rate. The leaks point to an upgraded panel. The back of the device appears to be made from some type of Polycarbonate. This should help to lower the cost of the handset.
REALME 9 PRO ALLEGED SPECIFICATIONS
The leaked specs sheet reveals that the Realme 9 Pro will feature a 6.59 inch Full HD+ OLED screen, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and an in-display fingerprint reader. The new Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 will power the device with up to 8GB of storage.
The internal storage of 128 GB and RAM. Realme will drop the 108MP camera from the Realme 8 Pro in favor of a 64 MP snapper. The Pro+ version may keep the 108 MP camera. There is also an 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro camera. A 16 MP camera is available for video calls and selfies.
The phone’s power comes from a 5,000mAh battery and 33 W charging. It’s unfortunate that the company has reduced the charging speed. Realme 7 Pro was launched with 65W charging. The 8 Pro dropped it down to 50W. Now, the Realme 9 Pro charges slower. This was to upgrade the display and bring 5G. Although 33W is adequate, it is not as powerful as some flagship devices on the market. However, it is still better than other devices on the market.
