Xiaomi is preparing to launch a number of new products in India. The Redmi Note 11 series was announced by the company on February 9. Recent reports confirm the Redmi Smart Band Pro’s arrival. The company will also launch a new product in the Redmi TV series. It’s a smart TV. Redmi Smart TV X43 could be India’s latest product.
REDMI SMART TV X43
Redmi Smart TV X Series is available in three sizes: Redmi Smart TV X65/X55/X50. The Redmi Smart TV X43 will be launched by the brand on February 9. Redmi Smart TV X43’s screen size is 43 inches.
Redmi TVs are already sold in India by Xiaomi. They have a 43-inch display. It does have Full HD resolution. Redmi Smart TV X43 is coming with a 4K LCD display. The panel will be able to support 4K HDR as well as Dolby Vision. It’s a significant upgrade to the Indian smart TV line-up. You won’t find the Dolby Vision on smart TVs with 43-inch screens.
The smart TV will also feature a 30-W speaker setup. This speaker setup is the same as the Smart TV X65 and X55. The TV will also support Dolby audio for rich, cinematic sound at home. Details of the hardware have not been disclosed by the company. The listing does however clearly state “Future Ready Flagship Performance”.
This means that we can expect the same hardware from the older siblings. The current trio includes a Quad-Core CPU, 2 GB RAM and 16GB Internal Storage.
We have a unique approach to software. Xiaomi has an alternative to Android TV, which can be found in many Chinese brands that enter India. Company instead of Android TV, it ships its PatchWall UI. Despite the fancy name and visuals it ships with IMDB as well as Google Play Services. You can download and install numerous applications from Google PlayStore. Amazon India will have the new smart TV, as well as Mi.com and Mi shops across India.
