RentRedi, an NYC-based property management software provider for landlords, e.t.c., has raised $12m in Series B funding.

The round was led by K1 Investment Management, with participation from TIA Ventures, Tribeca Early Stage Partners and RiverPark Ventures.

The company has raised 17m to date in total funding. They plan to use the funds to expand their operations, reach new customers, and scale their mobile-first technology.

RentRedi, which was founded by Ryan Barone (CEO/CTO) and Ed Barone, (CMO), is an all-inclusive platform that helps landlords manage their rental properties from anywhere and anytime. The platform and app enable landlords to automate manual tasks, such as collecting rent, marketing new rentals, managing maintenance requests, and many other things. RentRedi is a platform that allows tenants to apply for properties, pay rent, and report issues.

The platform has over 10,000 active landlords and 85,000+ property managers who have signed up since 2020. This funding round will enable the company to simplify the renting process for both tenants and landlords.
