RippleMatch, a New York-based provider of a recruitment automation platform, raised $45M in Series B funding.

The Growth Equity unit of Goldman Sachs Asset Management led the round. Stephen Kerns, Goldman Sachs managing director, will serve as a board member.

The company plans to use these funds to grow and triple the number of job seekers who search through the platform each year. They plan to double their internal staff and invest in new technology to provide value to customers and job-seekers.

RippleMatch, a platform for recruitment automation that replaces job boards and matches with automation, brings opportunities directly to students at more than 1500 schools. Customers include Amazon and eBay, Teach For America SAP, General Mills, and General Mills.
