Skan Raises $40M in Series B Funding

Skan raised $40M in Series B Funding, a Menlo Park-based technology company that innovates in the legacy process mining market and operational monitoring market.

The round was led by Dell Technologies Capital with participation from Liberty Global Ventures (GSR Ventures), Cathay Innovation, Zetta Venture Partners and Firebolt Ventures.

The company plans to use the funds for expansion and to increase its business reach.

Founded in 2018 by Avinash Misra and Manish Garg, Skan focused on transforming the legacy process mining and operational monitoring market with a solution that leverages advances in computer vision and artificial intelligence, with a zero-integration approach to create a new category called “dynamic process-intelligence.” The solution enables enterprises to automatically develop detailed, automation-ready process maps, and provide continuous, actionable insights in weeks. Underwriting, customer onboarding and claims management, as well as collections managers, can now understand how automation and optimization could be achieved, upskill their workforce, and identify compliance gaps.

The company also has employee centers in Seattle, Bangalore, Boston, Ottawa and more.
