StackHawk Raises $20.7 Million in Series B Financing


StackHawk, a Denver, CO-based company that makes application security testing part of software delivery, raised $20.7 in Series B funding.

The round, which brings total funding raised to $35.3m, was led by Sapphire and Costanoa Ventures, with participation from Foundry Group and other high-value investors.

The company plans to use the funds for product development in order to keep its position as a developer-first app and API security testing leader.

StackHawk’s CEO Joni Klippert leads the company. The platform enables engineers to identify and fix security problems in software at any stage. Customers include FinTech, HealthTech and cloud analytics.
