Swiftly Systems secures $100M in Series B funding

Swiftly Systems, a Seattle WA-based retailer of technology solutions for retail customers, including digital advertising dollars and customer loyalty, has raised $100M in Series A funding.

The round, which brings total funding to $120m, was led by Wormhole Capital, with participation from Liquid2 Ventures, Bramalea, Gaingels, Silicon Ventures, Proof VC, Western Technology Investment, Sand Hill Angels and The Martin Family.

The company plans on using the funds to grow its business, which will include adding staff and resources to engineering, sales, marketing and customer service.

Swiftly Systems is led by Henry Kim, CEO. The company uses AI to enable retailers to build digital relationships with customers. Swiftly powered Retail Media Networks empower brands to influence customers throughout their shopping journey.

Swiftly connects retailers customers via personalized, engaging digital shopping experiences that are delivered directly to brick-and-mortar stores. This platform also generates high-margin retail media dollars. Retail customers get product pricing visibility in stores, personalized discounts and rewards to increase savings and a better mobile checkout experience.
