Syllable

Syllable Raised $40M in Series C funding, an AI-enabled, healthcare automation company based in Sunnyvale, Calif.

TCV was the leader of the round, with Oak HC/FT Section32 and Verily participating.

The company plans to use the capital for further development of its main solution, the assistant for call centers and medical offices.

Led by Kobus Jooste, CEO, Syllable provides the Syllable Patient Assistant, an intelligent voice solution that meets patients where they are – on the phone, web, and via SMS, to connect them with the information and care they need, when they need it.
The system allows patients to navigate health care options with empathy, transparency and intelligence from the moment they request care by dialing the phone or visiting a health system’s website.
