Temenos today launched Temenos CEO Navigator, a subscription-based customer value benchmarking and advisory service that gives C-level banking executives unique insights on how to optimize their technology investments to drive business value.
The survey-based, consultative strategic service allows banks to discover the factors that drive performance and value. It also gives them the IT metrics needed to monitor and improve profitability. It is built on Temenos’ proprietary value benchmark program with over 100 participating retail, corporate and private banks from across the world.
To provide bank leaders with exclusive insight and Temenos industry knowledge, the CEO Navigator analyzes over 50,000 data points covering financial and operational metrics. They can determine how specific banking solutions and best practices drive high performance, such as healthier cost-income ratios or better returns on equity.
Temenos CEO Navigator’s analysis has revealed that banks that have digitally transformed their business and moved away from legacy systems are able to differentiate across five key pillars: innovation and growth; customer-centricity; operational efficiency; risk and compliance; and advanced analytics. Temenos CEO Navigator provides benchmarks and best practices for each of these five pillars. This helps to improve banking performance. If a bank increases its IT spending on innovation and growth to 58%, it will see an increase in profitability and a lower cost-to-income ratio.
