Transcarent raises $200M Series C funding

Percarent is a Palo Alto-based company that provides health and care experiences. It raised $200m in Series B funding.


Kinnevik and Human Capital led the round. Other participants included Ally Bridge Group, Northwell Health, Intermountain Healthcare and Rush University Medical Center. There were also existing investors, General Catalyst and 7wireVentures.

The funds will be used by the company to expand its operations and business reach.

Transcarent, headed by Glen Tullman (Chairman), is a company that provides health and care experiences for employees of self-insured companies and their families. Transcarent provides personal health and care support to meet virtually any need, from urgent care to lower-cost medications to symptom evaluations and support for behavioral health, as well as specialty care such as surgery, home care, or cancer. Members have 24/7 access to live and digital guidance (real people) and direct care.
