Tripp raises $11.2M for Funding


Tripp, a Los Angeles, CA-based company building the mindful metaverse, received $11.2M in funding.

The round was led BITKRAFT Ventures with participation from Qualcomm and Amazon Alexa Fund, Niantic, Niantic as well as Mayfield, an existing investor.

The company plans to use the funds for the expansion of its team to build technologies that promote wellbeing in the metaverse.

Tripp also announced the acquisition of Eden, a world-building platform from BeardedEye. This is BeardedEye’s creator of the Galactic Gallery VR experience. This acquisition will allow users to customize their Tripp experience and explore artworks and soundscapes, while also connecting with other users around the world.

Tripp, founded and run by Nanea, is the CEO and founder of the mindful metaverse.

Apps are available on the following platforms: Mobile –  iOS, Android, VR – HTC VIVE Flow, Meta Quest & Rift, PlayStation VR, AR Smartglasses – JioGlass, Nreal. TRIPP/EvolVR’s Live Group Meditations can be accessed in VR and web browsers by searching for the EvolVR communities on AltspaceVR, Engage and Meta Horizons.

The company’s leadership team also includes Chief Business Officer, Mani Srinivasan,  CTO Jason Asbahr, SVP of Product, Felipe Lara, Jeremy Nickel as VP of Community & Live Events and Sunny Strasburg, LMFT as Director of Clinical Operations, PsyAssist.
