UserZoom, a San Francisco, CA-based Digital User Experience (UX) Insights company, closed its strategic growth investment from Thoma Bravo.
The investment, whose amount was not disclosed and which values UserZoom at $800m, will be used to accelerate innovation and growth for UserZoom’s proprietary insights system. The company’s founders and management, as well as current investor Sunstone Partners, will remain significant shareholders.
UserZoom was founded in 2007 and provides a Digital User Experience Insights System. Its participant recruitment engine and professional services offer quantitative and qualitative insights that allow for rapid testing, measuring, and improving digital product experiences throughout the product development process.
The company helps businesses link insights to their most critical performance metrics, so they are able to make confident customer-focused, growth-oriented decisions that lead to competitive advantage and drive growth. With operations in North America and Europe, the company serves global brands such as Google, Oracle, Aetna, Santander, Kimberly-Clark.
