Vested Finance Raises USD12M In Series A Funding

Vested Finance, an online platform for Indian investors that is based in San Francisco, California, has raised USD 12 million in Series A funding.

Ayon Capital was the lead investor. Other investors included Tenoneten, Ovo Fund and Wedbush Ventures. IPV and Upscale were also involved. New investors including 9Unicorns, Ankur Warikoo (ex-CEO of Groupon India), Dhruvil Sanghvi (CEO at Loginext), and Saumil Parekh (VP of Marketing at PharmEasy), as well as Akshat Shrivastava, Sharan Hedge and others.

The company plans on using the funds to expand its operations and reach new customers.

Led by Viram Shah, Co-Founder & CEO, Vested Finance provides an online investment platform and offers content on the US markets to help customers make informed investment decisions. You can also get instant account opening and Vests (curated portfolios that include stocks and/or eTFs) and localized tax filings reports.

The company processed more than $250,000,000 in transactions in 2021. It also tripled the deposit volume on the platform in 2021. The global team has offices in India, USA and Canada.
