The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its expansion in the UK and other international markets as well as to establish a Data Science Team.

Led by founder Melis Abacioğlu, Wellbees provides a platform allowing employees to gain better habits and contribute to their better lives. The platform addresses all aspects of well-being: mental, emotional, spiritual, occupational and financial. It is used in more than 100 companies and 17 countries by over 100,000 employees. It is an all-in-one solution for employees and HR professionals.

The company launched recently in the UK. It has now established a data team. They will work with HR departments to create algorithms that provide personalized well-being recommendations for employees.

By also building local “teams on the ground”, Wellbees will strengthen its value proposition and will also have dedicated, native language customer success teams along with marketing and sales team members to support the company’s growth.
