Zuper Raises $13M in Series A Funding


Zurper is a Seattle-based provider of a productivity software suite for intelligent field service management, customer engagement and customer engagement. It raised $13m through Series A funding.

Fuse led the round with participation from Sequoia Capital India Prime Venture Partners, HubSpot Ventures and Prime Venture Partners.

The company, which has raised $14.1m so far, will make use of the new capital to invest further in product leadership and expand its partner network, as well as in marketing and sales.

Zuper, headed by Anand Subbaraj (CEO), is an intelligent field service management platform and customer engagement platform. It enables hundreds of residential and commercial service companies in various industries like cleaning, pool maintenance and landscaping, roofing, roof repair, internet service providers and restoration to provide on-demand service to customers through optimizing the utilization of a distributed workforce. ZuperCCPack was launched by the company in 2020. It is a tool that helps businesses from different industries to ensure compliance with COVID-19 guidelines and protocols.

Zuper added 250+ features to its platform and integrated 18 new services with Quickbooks, Salesforce, Oracle Netsuite and Quickbooks.

The company has also opened offices in India and the Middle East.
